Henderson Land’s vision for Central Harbourfront Site 3 is to create a world-class, future-defining commercial landmark.
The project pioneered the “MiMEP Plus” concept, which integrates MiMEP systems with ABWF (Architectural Builders Works & Finishes) elements—such as ceiling structures, fire partition walls and fire shutter tracks.
The project features over 3,500 modules, with single modules up to 12 meters long, achieving 93% coverage. For the retail areas, a standardised and interchangeable modular design was adopted. This not only enhances production efficiency but also provides the flexibility to changes in shop partitioning.
Furthermore, automation using drilling robots, AGVs, and synchronized lifting platforms replaces extensive manual labor, ensuring precise installation while enhancing site safety. This approach minimizes on-site procedures and trade conflicts, significantly boosting overall safety and efficiency.
In turn, the “MiMEP Plus” solution maximizes commercial net height and space utilization, directly improving the user experience and setting a new milestone for the industry.
