The project embodies our dedication to the highest sustainability standards. During construction, numerous innovative methods, including MiMEP, are being employed.
This project is the first private commercial development in Hong Kong with over 85% MiMEP adoption. With such extensive MiMEP adoption, along with material upcycling and reuse, on-site waste is greatly reduced. This innovative method of construction also enhances the quality of the MiMEP module, installation efficiency, and site safety.
